Thank you for your interest in my practice!
Many of us long to be seen and understood despite messaging that asks us to minimize or hide our vulnerabilities. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, it's my privilege to help create a space for people to freely explore their feelings, needs, experiences and identities through psychotherapy.
Often when we're witnessed and affirmed by others, we’re better able to learn about and support ourselves.
It's a priority that my clients feel safe and empowered throughout the treatment process. Moreover, I believe that an authentic connection between therapist and client is crucial in driving individual growth and change. In session, I engage actively with clients, at times asking challenging questions and offering feedback with kindness, honesty, and curiosity. I also enthusiastically welcome clients to share their own feedback about our work together.
My therapeutic style is empathic, collaborative, and non-judgmental; I aim to provide treatment that is anti-racist, LGBTQIA-affirming, harm reduction oriented, and sex-positive. My goal is to help clients address stuck patterns, heal past wounds, and cultivate the resources needed to live with insight and self-compassion. I also encourage clients to explore the impact of cultural, economic, and racial injustices, inviting dialogue about how our various identities may show up within the therapeutic relationship. While promoting a boundaried, client-centered relationship, I'm also a clinician who likes to bring her real personality into the dynamic; whether we're connecting through humor, creativity, or spirituality, it's important that clients know they're relating with another real human!
At this time, I work with adults only, either in individual or couples sessions.

After completing my Masters in Social Work from NYU in 2014, I worked for several community health organizations providing LGBTQIA-affirming care throughout New York City. I'm passionate about serving individuals and communities that have been systemically marginalized and seek space to be heard and celebrated. I moved to the Bay Area in 2019 and have been forging my West Coast life (mid-pandemic) ever since!
Much of my work has been informed by my own experiences in therapy. I believe that we can all benefit from learning to care for our needs with as much compassion as we might offer a loved one.
Please reach out if you’d like to learn more about my practice. I look forward to speaking with you!
